While we are on the subject of costumes - though I have to say those Bird Outfits are something else, I cam across another one for me to consider. I’m still very taken with The Vampiress costume, but there is a lot more choice in the Plus Sizes this year.
There is a great deal to be said for the Classic Witch Costume and I do like the way this particular ones comes with rather elegant floating scarf attached to the Hat - good to wrap around your face when taking a trip on the Broomstick if it’s a chilly evening - we Hags don’t want our Warts getting chapped and chilled in the cold night air, do we!
I like the Skirt length too - not too long, so it won’t catch in the twigs of your broom, it’s all very well for the Harry Potters of this world to fly round at high speed as if they were on a motorbike, but being a lady, I prefer to ride side-broom. It’s a great deal more elegant and an awful lot easier when you come into land. I never did do very well at Broomstick riding, and there are so many funny halloween events that I don’t need to add to them by crash landing the broom and bruising my dignity!
I shall have to make a decision soon - perhaps you would be kind enough to leave me a comment and tell me which one you prefer….
