This is a really easy dessert to make for Funny Halloween Parties, and it doesn’t take long to make either.
For each person you will need:-
1 large Orange
2 Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
Raspberry (or any red) Sauce
Cut the top of the Orange and put to one side.
Scoop out the flesh of the orange, keeping a little
Cut eyes and a mouth in the Orange skin just like you would a pumpkin lantern
Put the ice cream in a bowl and mix in some of the orange flesh, keeping it a bit lumpy.
Stir in some Raspberry sauce. Don’t mix it too much as you want there to be red streaks.
Put the mixture into the oranges, and let some stick out of the top.
Put the top of the orange back on so it looks like the ‘brains’ are spilling out.
Put in the freezer to chill until required.
Gruesome – and yummy.
